Dr. Brinza was fantastic to work with. He made sure to ask me thoroughly about my medical history and go through each pain at my own pace. We discussed goals and plans and those stayed at the forefront of the treatment the entire time. After seeing countless doctors who just pushed pills at me and expensive tests. I found the most pain relief and relaxation here. He was very patient and affordable with my insurance and recommended good tools for me at home to help relieve pressure on my joints and to build the right supporting muscles. He was patient and explains things well and takes the time to look into alignment issues. He slowly built up stretches and exercises for me to do at home that were very helpful at keeping my pain at a minimum. Loves his job and you can tell. Also, he is wonderful to converse with and makes you feel welcome and cared for.

Dr. Brinza is fantastic - as a professional ballet dancer, I love that I'm able to get soft tissue work, dry needling, and adjustments all from the same practitioner. Dr. Brinza really listens to me and creates an individualized treatment plan to help me recover and progress in my training - he gives me exercises and stretches as homework, too. I can tell he's invested in helping me achieve my goals, and not just having me come back week after week. 10/10 would recommend him!

I had a great experience going to Dr. Brinza for a bad neck strain. I went to urgent care and got muscle relaxers but not surprisingly, they didn't actually look at my neck or anything. After that I wasn't sure what kind of doctor to go to and I'm so happy I chose to see a chiropractor! Dr. Brinza was able to immediately see what was tight and explain how the injury likely happened. He did acupuncture, massaging, kinesio taping, and a very minor chiropractic adjustment but that was only if I was comfortable with that and I was. A couple days before seeing him I was in a lot of pain just getting out of bed. A couple days after, I was running a few miles on the treadmill! My experience was like seeing a sports medicine doctor, physical therapist, and chiropractor all in just that first visit and seeing only Dr. Brinza. I definitely recommend!

Dr. Brinza is hands down the best doctor ever! He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He has been helping me with my knee pain for almost a month and a half. I wasn’t able to squat or run properly but after a couple of sessions with him, I am almost back on track with squatting (weighted) and was able to run 5k the other day!! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor!
